About kidney trauma, urine extravasation is very important and it sometimes changes treatment plan from conservative to surgical Ureteral injury is a very common iatrogenic injury during gencological surgery (most common hysterectomy)

22:02 reminded me of a meme of a doctor telling his patient who had hemorrhoids, as long as you call it the "enterance" you're not gonna get better anytime soon 😂

ERRATUM (12:45): The organism that causes Legionnaire's disease is Legionella pneumophila. For some reason I accidentally typed L. monocytogenes, which is a completely different organism. The rest of the info is right though.

Under atypical pneumonia, you have Legionnaires disease but isn't that legionella (gram-ve) whereas L.monocytogenes that you have in the brackets beside it is listeria (gram+ve) ?

Nice, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled Mika Klopsworth's Breast Guide and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!

Just from what I've seen *of this syndrome; these people afflicted seem to be potentially dangerous to anyone that is not obviously stronger than they are. It's almost like living with a life long drug addict that you have to stop from getting their "fix" every minute of every day. It's incredibly frightening and tragic at the same time. I feel deep sympathy for those that are suffering this disorder and their families. 💔🙏

About breastfeeding and active tuberculosis, I remember hearing from somewhere that the baby can be given breastmilk in some cases if the mother has tuberculosis, it just can't be direct nursing. But if she has mastitis from the tuberculosis, in other words, there's an active TB infection of the breast, then absolute contraindication to breastfeeding. But if it's just in the lungs for example, then the milk can be pumped and someone else who isn't infected can feed the baby the breastmilk from a bottle and thus the baby will get the benefits of breastfeeding without risking getting a neonatal TB infection. That's what I heard anyway.

basophilic stipples are not iron; in contrast to pappenheimer bodies, its basically RNA; and its Asian (cis), African (Trans); I really like your videos- and I only note the errors when I read the other comments; I should be the last person to correct anyone as I often get things backwards.
