Lowtech aquarium does not have c02 so. This is high tech
@AquascapingAmazing13 күн бұрын
Thank you for your comment @bowLoqR. In a low-tech aquarium setup, indeed CO2 injection is typically not used, making it more accessible for many hobbyists. High-tech setups, on the other hand, often incorporate CO2 to enhance plant growth and create a thriving underwater ecosystem. What specific plants are you considering for your aquarium? Feel free to share your thoughts! Don't forget to subscribe for more helpful content on aquascaping.

Do you use Co2, or did you get that Red Cabomba from a tank with Co2? I can't get mine to turn red...
@AquascapingAmazing13 күн бұрын
Hi @tiffanyo3365, thanks for your question! In my setup, I do use CO2 to help enhance the colors of the plants like the Red Cabomba. It's known to thrive under higher CO2 levels. If yours isn't turning red, it might benefit from more light or nutrients as well. Have you tried adjusting those factors? Feel free to share your setup details so we can explore this further. Also, don’t forget to subscribe for more tips and tricks!

@@AquascapingAmazing yeah light and nutrience isn't an issue in my tank. I was told it won't turn red without Co2 which I don't use. Thanks for the reply.

Hi @HenrySegapelli, thank you for your feedback! It's true that bettas can be territorial, and keeping multiple in one tank can lead to stress and conflicts. Thank you for your kind words, Adnan! For substrate color, it often depends on the plants and fish you choose. I'm confused. Why shouldn't the plants come into contact with water? (1:37)
@AquascapingAmazing15 күн бұрын
Hi @rgmto, great question! In paludariums, keeping the plants above the waterline helps prevent root rot and ensures they can absorb moisture from the air. This creates a healthier environment for both plants and fish. Have you tried setting up your own paludarium yet? Don't forget to subscribe for more insights! 🌿💧
