Beautiful video. The choice of music was perfect too, especially the song the lyrics 'You pray for the Sunshine I pray for the Rain' ('Josh Fuhrmeister - Waiting for the Storm to Break' ) wow amazing singer with a beautiful voice . Hi! I totally relate to that. For me, it's loud sounds and also simultaneous sounds, bright light, strong smells, fabrics like wool and clothing labels, I have to cut them all out! I feel visually overstimulated when there are a lot of things around, it's like my brain wants to process everything. But also other people's emotions, I feel them SO much, sometimes even stronger than they do! How crazy! I used to feel so alone and misunderstood by all these things until I discovered a book about HSP a few years ago, when I was 21, and it brought me some peace. It's hard to deal with it on a daily basis though, especially living in a city. I have appreciated this video, thank you!

Liebe Vanessa, danke für das Video. Ich habe es sehr genossen. Ich kann gut verstehen, dass du müde vom Sommer bist - so schön er auch sein mag. Ein Schwede sagte mir einmal, dass die Winter im Norden zwar lang und dunkel seien (wobei die Dunkelheit in einem verschneiten Norden mit langen Dämmerungen eine andere Bedeutung hat, als die Dunkelheit in Deutschland - die ist nämlich wirklich dunkel), aber dass er diese Zeit auch benötigen würde, um sich von den intensiven Sommern zu erholen, in denen er permanent auf Hochtouren läuft. Ich bin mir sicher, der Natur ergeht es nicht anders. Ich denke, alles hat seine Bedeutung, alles hat seine Zeit. Man muss sich dessen nur bewusst werden, sich dem hingeben, dann versteht man die Zusammenhänge, den tieferen Sinn. Je weiter man sich von der Natur und dem damit verbunden natürlichen Rhythmus entfernt, umso schwerer wird es, diesen Sinn - man könnte es auch als das Rad des Lebens bezeichnen - zu erkennen und vor allem auch zu spüren. Dein Altar gefällt mir sehr gut. Ich habe bei dem Anblick, wie du ihn für dich herrichtest, sogar zum ersten Mal darüber nachgedacht, mir auch einen solchen Ort zu gestalten. Vielleicht würde mir dann auch das Meditieren leichter fallen. Danke, dass du uns mit nimmst, auf deiner Reise. Und ich freue mich, dass so viele neue Abonnenten hinzu gekommen sind. Vielen Dank für deinen zauberhaften Kommentar, liebe Diane! Ich empfinde es bisher genau so. Es wird grade schon dunkler, der Herbst ist praktisch schon da, und ich fühle, wie ich besser runter fahren kann, besser schlafen, besser essen kann. Alles hat seinen Zyklus, alles braucht Ruhe und Spektakel und mal ein Hoch und mal ein Tief. Ich genieße das sehr, das hier so direkt, deutlich und unübersehbar von Mutter Natur täglich gezeigt zu bekommen. Es ist traumhaft 🥰 Und es freut mich, wenn ich dich mit dem Altar etwas inspirieren konnte. Mir hilft es sehr, dieser Ort, der mein Anker ist. Nur meins 😄 Das ist einfach was feines.
