Hi the content block is tied to the account, but can be managed from a different device, so in theory (and it's recommended) you don't manage your child's account from the device they use. We recommend managing their account from your own device that they do not have access to, so you can mange the content block with peace of mind.

I had this issue for 24hrs. Contacted Vodaphone who ran numerous tests over the phone, asking me to reboot the system, unplug and re-plug in etc. Still the same issue. They decided the Uktra Hub Router was faulty and are shipping a new one to arrive tomorrow. Maybe try re-setting the Hob by using a pin in the re-set hole. Hold it there until any lights on the back go off and then release and see what that does. They also asked me to totally unplug the Hub from the power, leave for 3 minutes and then plug back in...did nothing for mine, but that's the processes they will check. Also dependant on Openreach box on wall, you should have 3 steady green lights, another check they will ask to clarify. Hope this helps...
