Just caught up w this and it was excellent. Ahman, I’m totally w U on the booing - it’s a bad look. John, you’re right about booing being the only present outlet for fans but if we use our prefrontal we could change that to chanting HURLEY over and over. In a low tone. Or, Help Us Hurley. Or, Back To URI, Dan! I’d feel better about keeping it off the players. And Danny would not only take it well, he’d dig it, cuz he’s crazyish

Last I checked, it's January not March. In '23 they had a hot start and crashed back to earth in January, then they figured out a few tweaks and won the tournament. The physicality of the Big East negates some of what UConn does on offense, hard to get a flow. It's still January. For me, I'm going to relax and just see what happens come March. In the end, no matter what happens, they just won two years in a row and have talent coming in next year.

The uconn women's astronaut team. Nobody cares about their fluff regul season schedule. This past week I think like seton hall had 18 at the half uconn had like 57. It's s joke. What sports fans want is to see uconn fight it out weekend and weekend with real opponents. That's it. America works its ass off during the week and uconn looks pretty in their long drawn out fashion show. Imagine uconn vs note dame...series..best of 5... People want to see real contests. I find it odd how the attention is solely focused on Hurley's attitude, which I agree is wrong, and not on his point. It does appear like the refs are being biased. Recent stats are consistent that validate that. Seems people dismiss the refs as being "human" but the same doesn't apply to a coach? It's "all" bad for the game, it's players and spectators.

You should be so lucky to have your child play under Dan Hurley. You get the best out of players and yourself by holding sky-high expectations. We are lucky to have a coach with his level of intensity and that's why we have had the success we have had. The officiating has been abysmal at times and UCONN of course has a target on its back now due to the success we have enjoyed. Complaining about a coach of Dan Hurley's caliber is absolutely outlandish and senseless.
