Hello, I have had this issue for a couple of years. I left my teaching job since I was in a lot of pain. Do you have permanent nerve damage ? I am going to teach online until I can find some relief. I want to keep traveling and dancing . I am not sure if I can continue to do those things. Your stretches have really helped me. I do feel desperate and mainly in pain everyday . I had a surgery in the military that led to multiple issues including tarsal tunnel. Can I continue dancing ? I’m not sure how to move forward even when It comes to traveling .

This was fun to join you in opening your birthday surprises! I love the small plush keychains! I especially like to put them in the 10-14 boy boxes because I usually include a soccer ball, pump, and water bottle for the older boys and there is definitely no room left for a big plush!
