I'd say it's worth it. I got it after 1 year of its release. I only bought and played it just because i got bored with Payday 2. Better gunplay, movement, animations, and stealth mechanics, with the soundtrack direction still going strong. However, qol features and skills are mostly lacking, like jukebox. RNG is not as varied, with crap objectives like standing in wifi circles still exist. But still may worth your money.

maybe im just being a little bitch right now, but wow the game does not look like payday at all, maybe i just had bad stockholm syndrome with the Diesel engine from pd2, if i had to describe my first superficial right now about payday 3 it looks like a generic activision game right now, and whats with the goofy running animations? dont get me wrong it's way better than pd2's choppy player animations, but these guys have the battlefield running animations. i gues it'll take me time and more exposure to get used to it

@@anthonyvega2482 Payday 3 is still recently new compared to payday 2, so payday 2 has more content but in my opinion, the stealth and overall gameplay is better in payday 3. now i admit that the armor does need a rework and its coming next year i hope. same thing with the skill system but overrall, the game is pretty good.
