B n R in Kailua but started riding after I moved to da mainland in Santa Cruz. Freeze okole watah an sooooockeen bombucha great whites dat make tiger sharks look like guppies !!!! Yes there a many bike friendly trails for all styles of riding. I recommend bringing your bike.
