I’ve had mine and been using it almost daily. Its one of the brightest lites I’ve used. Its a little big and cumbersome for EDC and wished it came with a carry pouch you install on your belt. I’ve terrible luck with the smaller Coastal flashlights and was ready to give up on them until I got this one as a gift over a year ago. I hope I get long term use out of it. I really like the battery shell that comes with it to put your own batteries in it to use while the recharge pack is charging. I also like the dimmable modes it comes with.

If you don’t want to remove the button.You can just take an air hose and blow out the tubing connected to the cold dispenser button/line. Follow the line to where it tees from the tank and goes to top corner near the screw you removed to take off the lid. It pops rights off. While blowing, hold the button down.” I did it with water in the tank . It unplugged immediately now running a safe cleaning solution through with hot water to clean.

Removing that grounding strap from the alternator end housing does not break the neutral/ground bonding, that has to be done in either the end housing of the alternator or in the control panel depending on which one the manufacturer chose. Read the directions before assembly.

@matth286815 күн бұрын
@DrBDIY thanks. I had to ram it in there with the brackets. I could've drilled a hole in guess but this was really a nightmare to install. There was no way to get the brackets in once it's between the joists. I angled it from the top and literally had to hit it a few times to send it. Then unused a cabinet lift to hold it in place.while I fastened it. This was the most difficult exhaust fan I've ever done and I've done a bunch.
@DrBDIY15 күн бұрын
Yeah, same difficulty for our fan. The model isn't easy for an existing install. If you have the brackets in it will be less vibration. Good DIY job. So far the product is running well.

Did you try the following? 1. Install the Hubspace app (red background, white lines). 2. Turn onBbluetooth on your phone. 3. Make sure your product is plugged in socket and turn on. 4. Turn Off then On. Repeat Off/On five times, slowly. This apparently tells the bulb to turn on bluetooth connecting. 5. Your phone/app should find the bulb.

At your 1 min. 20 sec. mark: I can't seem to remove the top lid to that part :( My Avalon water cooler stopped dispensing water recently as well, and I would love to fix on my own. But I guess I just don't have the muscle. Pity, I've only owned this thing for about 2 yrs. Not a good return on investment, but I do really love using a water cooler vs. bottled waters (less waste in landfills). Thanks for your helpful video.

Just get fingers from both hands on either side of the white plastic lid (not the metal under the lid). Just slowly rock it back and forth. There is not adhesive but a pressure seal. It should come off. Since it isn't, you have nothing to lose. Go ahead and rock the lid with more effort.

Went to Home Depot today. I had to cancel the delivery of the same unit. So far all this combo front loader washer and dryer requires 2 power plugs. 220-240v for Dryer and 120v for washer. Whether it’s LG, Samsung etc. We were at Home Depot and the guy there checked all the backs of the unit. The only combo washer and dryer with a single plug are the GE or Frigidaire top loader that usually can be seen in a condo or apartment unit (220v 4 prong) We have a broken GE combo unit that uses 4 prong plug. (That’s the only connector we have in the wall) and we ended up buying the same shitty brand.

@ so nothing is connected to your 120v outlet? I’m chatting with home depot and they are saying it requires 240V plug for dryer (electric) and 120V for washer. Was there a certain connection on the 240v plug to get power access for the 120v washer so it only requires the single 4 prong plug to power both? I called home depot and they said need 2 connections . 120V for washer 220V for dryer. Both electric. I’m heading there to cancel and order a single 220-249v combo unit.

Is there a reason why you don’t cycle the water through while plugged in?
@DrBDIY22 күн бұрын
Very good question. I try follow MFR recommendations even though per model they differ. One approach to cleaning is by adding cleaning solution to top tank, which means taking the unit apart. In this case, unplug the unit. However, this approach doesn't clean inbound lines. Another approach to cleaning is by adding cleaning solution to an empty five gallon bottle. In this case, the power is on and the cleaning solution is sucked up from the bottle through inbound lines also. I have made a few videos for Primo and Avalon on both approaches. I prefer the approach using the bottle.

I’m about to tackle this so I thank you for taking the time to share. I was curious about being able to remove the entire seat and placing it on a workbench to make it easier but not sure if you can because of the wiring. I need to see if there is a single plug to disconnect to disconnect the seat entirely. Only other issue I see is that the seat bottom seems to have lost its shape like mine did and I believe that it will cause the new parts to break again sooner than expected. They broke because the weight of getting in and out of the vehicle causes stress on the plastic. I’m planning to replace the seat bottom foam so it’s more rigid again before I put the new parts on. Once again thanks for sharing this. It was helpful and educational.

Very good thinking. After a few months, the plastic panel started popping out of its clip at the rear. I put a dab of E6000 glue in the clip hole and it is holding well now. I would have to cut that clip if I have to take the panel off, but I hope that is never the case. Unfortunate the seat collapses like it does. None of my others have collapsed, but of course the drives seat is used the most. Best wishes on your DIY.
