This is somewhat on how I make chile rellenos I chose the chilies I put them in a plastic bag let them sit for about 10 minutes then I take them out and begin to peel the peeling off them then I sent them to the side cut a little slip on one side of the chilies them put them a plate then cut long strips of cheese to fill them in the chilies I get a long cookie sheet put flour on it then lay it's chilly down on the floor on the cookie sheet then I sprinkle more flour over the chilies. Now I get six things separate the white from the yolk in a separate bowl in the white of the eggs in larger bowl. Now I get a hand mixer and mix the white of the egg for about 5 minutes when it's fluffy if you tip the bowl over it will not fall out you get the bone sitting on the counter add a tablespoon of flour add the egg yolk to the fluffy white part of the egg. Do not mix for a long time only to mix add the yellow yolk of the egg into the fluffy white part of the egg keeping tablespoon of flour once it's mixed get a frying pan add about an inch of cooking oil to the pain let it get hot now get one of the eggs with a fork and the stem of the chili hold on to chili hold on to the chilling as you sit the chili mixed ink then then carefully put the chili down into the hot oil let the chili cook then flip it continue until all the eggs are cooked. Now you need to make the sauce for the chilies we all make our sauces different. I put a little onion in the bottom of a pot with cooking oil saute the onion a little then add tomato sauce and water add your seasonings salt pepper whichever you like now you can put whatever hot powdered chili whatever hot sauce you prefer then slowly into the tomato sauce with water and seasonings. I learned how to make them by a lady from Mexico that I adore with all my heart ❤️

How long will the oil be good for on countertop or pantry?

Make sure you keep it away from any heat source and direct sun light, all your oils, this one included will last you around 3 to 4 months, but I am sure by then you will have it all used up.
