Hello everyone, I know this is a REALLY old post, but I found a way to make mine work and I figured I'd drop my solution here in case anyone like me came here looking for one. Here's what I do: 1 - Unplug your dock from the wall/outlet that it's getting power from 2 - Unplug your computer from the USB type C cable that connects to the dock 3 - Turn your computer on, let it boot up to the desktop and everything just in case 4 - Connect your USB type C cable back to the computer 5 - Plug your dock into the wall. I have no idea why this works, but I've done it 3 times now and it's consistently worked every time. Hopefully it continues to work. Hope this helps someone!

Thank you so much for this. I was floored when I realized the keyboard for my laptop was not meant to be replaced. Crazy design to have the whole top panel be melted together like this. I was confused why the HP guides leave off keyboard replacement until I got to that point in replacing mine x: Soldering the plastic back is a great idea, that's basically how they made it anyways 😅 I skipped that this first pass because I didn't want to do soldering on top of all of this right now. The keyboard is saggy a bit, usable but a bit annoying. I will probably get back in there are some point and either solder the plastic back or maybe put a tiny bit of foam there instead 👀

One waste toner bin solution: make sure the printer is on the properly sized flat table so that the paper tray is not pushing up under the WT bin and disconnecting the 3 pins on the side of the WT bin. Or make sure nothing is under the bin is pushing up. fml

Need Help: Need guidance to upgrade my new Lenovo ThinkCentre Neo 50t 32g Ram 180w switching power supply to a 380w or better switching power supply for use with a SRhonrya Radeon R7 350 HD7750 4GB Graphics Card GDDR5 6HDMI Graphics Video Card GPU PCI-Express 128-Bit video card. The card says it pulls all of its power from the motherboard (55w). The ThinkCentre case is very specific of what power supply will fit and can be used within this Lenovo cpu. - Side Note: Even though Lenovo's manual for this exact computer says that Lenovo offers a 380w power supply for this exact computer, when I reached out to their Sales / Tech departments, unbelievably, they couldn't even give me a part number for this unit. Aah... - Help! .

To remove trackball, pop out G and H key and unscrew two bolts. New keyboard can be order from AliExpress, be away that cheapest one are not waterproof and feel is not the best, but it very cheap though. You do not to remove all connectors, just those at bottom, so you are able to lift motherboard up.
