We just used this video to replace the motor. It definitely needs 2 people, the motor is heavy to align. Also we had to take the choke off the old motor as the new one didn't come with one.

When I turn the resistance knob the LOAD indicator doesn't change

I cannot slide neither the seat nor the handlebar. Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I do not think so. The screws seem to tightly screwed in and moving the knob does not unlock the sliders. What can I do to fix this? I need the seat closer to the handlebar.

1-10 resistance does nothing. What do we need to do to get the supposed "magnetic" resistance to work? Turn the dial and ZERO change in resistance. ALL are the same.

How heavy are the flywheels ? Also how hard is max resistance, ? Is this your most premium model? I'm interested in buying .

Ordered joroto bike on January 20 and order status still shows pending. Cmon joroto it should not take this long. Every time I try to get an update, I get failed response.. thing of cancelling order now.

The handle bar setup on the bike in this video is totally different from the paper booklet at the bike received.

So far, so good! Since our Joroto Treadmill arrived (11-2-2021) both my wife and I have been using and enjoying it quite a bit. It was easy to set up and very easy to operate. One request though, even though I thoroughly read the Owner/User Manual, I would very much appreciate if Joroto could make a helpful "Care and Maintenance" video.

I connected the computer to the cable on the frame, but it doesn't work. I just received my bike yesterday (5/24/21) and assembled it properly. How do I get the monitor to work with the bike without having to repackage it and send it back? I've emailed [email protected], but I have yet to receive a response. Help!
