Tried this recipe today, thank you. I had some gram flour mixture left over. Add onions, tomatoes, dip bread, make like French toast. Yummy. If you ever get to try it, please share your version

@@NankabirwaTeopeace I'm sorry about this. I wish though I was there to taste. They should be firm and crunchy. Some make them in our country to sell and they are hard. As long as they are not bitter, I think they might come out hard sometimes. Try this: When forming the balls, you could try bringing the ball together slightly loosely without compacting the piece firmly. This way, they'll hold together loosely then they can be softer. I hope this can help.
