Yeah both blue drivers let me operate the arm and one time he let me control the python joystick and this driver let me operate the sidewinder from the buttons

This truck is called a Leach. This specific rear loader has controls in the cab to run the packer while a tractor puts yard waste in the hopper so that neither of them have to get out. There are a bunch of videos on KZbin. I recommend looking up "Greenwaste Yard Waste Collection" and see if you can find it.
