Did you do what this guy did and just put it in the Xbox and run an offline update or did you clone the hard drive onto the ssd?

@Revelator I’ll get a new pendrive tomorrow, I already got out of the insider program when I first tried it with the OSU from Microsoft’s site.

@@Macigany Microsoft has an error page with a resolution. Just Google the exact error. I had the same problem but following the Microsoft steps I was able to resolve. I just installed a 2TB ssd by team group from Amazon for $79.

@@ianhemingway I did all of the solutions on Microsofts page, and googled the exact error which indicates the HDD needs to be swapped. I tried an A400 960GB and an MX500 1TB got the same error too. On forums most of the guys had the same error as me but haven’t got a fix yet.

@@Macigany Dang. That sucks. I had a. E101 error and the solution for me was to use and OSU1 file instead of the OSU2-3 which I tried first due to the smaller download. I installed a new $79 2TB ssd by team group elite from Amazon. Worked flawlessly in my 2016 VCR edition first gen xbox one.

Approximately 50 % improvement.

Try to return back the old HD and check if the console is working. Make sure the USB is in correct file format ( NTFS). support.xbox.com/en-US/help/hardware-network/console/offline-system-update

@@techbymaaz hi, indeed, i put it back the old HDD and console working, i even use the usb stick and make the update offile thing and work fine, the old HDD make the console works, but when i switch to the SSD its not working, i already use a diferent SSD, the first one was ADATA and second one was Kingstone, none work, only work with the original HDD, even more, i put another HDD from another xbox one, and works, its only not working with the SSD units, idk what im doing wrong i format the SSD in ntfs , and even use like j runners and format the SSD to a "xbox format" before plugin in the xbox, but not working also

@jorge vazquez It's strange.. I did multiple times in the same ssd because I was not getting the full capacity and it was working each time.I can only suggest that you delete the volume created in the ssd and then try. Also try pressing the power and pairing button together while booting up.

@@techbymaaz i already did all, in facebook some guy told me in a group that was the SSD brand, he told me dont work with ADATA, we dont know why, he told me i must got WD or crucial
