Curious to know how the individual date headers from LD sheet 9 would work in an EC Hourly or Compact Vertical. Also would sheet 6xx T12 work with PK’s skinny/standard appt labels.

Just curious, and I know it's none of my business, but I've seen you mark your husband being on call in many of your Plan with Me videos ~ is he a doctor or work in the field of medicine? I enjoy watching your videos!

I don't see it as wasting the stickers, because you learned more about yourself and what works better in your planner. If it doesn't feel right you won't use it and THAT is the real waste. Also, I love when a content creator keeps it real.

Hey! It’s your planner, so do whatever you want to do! I love the dash stickers so much. I was sad when Kate replaced them with regular stickers in the DD kits this year.

Yes, the re-dos are great, We all do it!! Lol. I would remove the yellow dots and just do a marked line.

I'm still test-driving this planner. So far, I've learned that less is more. I use 8.5x11 TLP for my everyday planner, but I always need more room. My CV planner was to act as a daily off-load of thoughts and notes. But I can't find the right setup. the first week was half bullet points and lines to journal/notes, and the 2nd week was all journal/note-taking (but without proper sentence structure-which drove me crazy (insert eye twitch). Last week, I divided each day vertically and listed my thoughts. I filled each day. Still searching. Thank you for posting this - its okay to re-work something if it doesn't work for you.

I always love when the top header washi in the CV and the DD does not go all the way to the top. Having the white around it just makes it pop and look less cluttered. I like updates because sometimes you just need to change up after trying it and I like seeing when people make changes to their spreads as it helps me with ideas.

Love this! My planner runs thru December, 2024, but I am already planning (ok, obsessing is a better word!) about the layout I am going to go into next year! Seriously thinking of going from hourly to compact vertical based on this!

@hancanplan is using the 7x9 compact vertical and puts Sat/Sun together on Sat’s place and then does a weekly overview on the entire bottom half of the 2nd page. I personally bought the 7x9 compact vertical and love seeing the ideas because I can never make decisions either.

I like how you try and expain where / what you are thinking. To be honest you have been so all over the place with planning, and you have so many different planners that you are writing the same thing down in it is so hard to follow. I do totally understand that there is a side of planning that is just more of hobby and not really planning in away that helps, guides with life .. so I understand that aspect. I just can't seem to keep up with what you are doing, or how. I'm feeling lost trying to watch you videos. No shade at all towards you, I get that it is all so personal and your just doing what is best for you which is alway the best way go.

I love my EC compact vertical. I do have the a5 but thinking about switching to the 7x9.

I keep wishing PlannerKate would release BoldBlooms washi-strip stickers that match the monthly colorway like she did for Wildflowers. That’s what’s holding me back from being able to set up my Bold Blooms monthly and Dashboard pages!

Just received this planner and can’t wait to start using it. Is Planner Kate the only stickers you used in the video. I like the week of sticker you have.

It sounds like this planner will meet your work needs very well. Even though I don’t have a LD Planner, I think the monthly boxes and the weekly columns are the same size (around 1.9 in) as those in the EC 8.5x11 Teacher Planner. Any chance you may do one of the months/weeks using the Laurel Denise stickers? Anyway, thanks for sharing!

Does PK have sticker kits that fit The Day Designer?

This is helpful. I'm always interested in how other people plan their content because I am fairly new to the content game. I am using post its too but I like the checklist right on the monthly. I have been putting it in my weekly and it doesn't quite work. Thanks!

Are you aware of an app similar to Print to Size but for android or PC? I just love the idea but can't find an equivalent. What a great video.

Is it a good idea to put a password page at the front page of the planner? Perhaps better to place further back in planner to reducevready availability to prying eyes. I know most using planners leave these bigger planners at home on desk but you can never be too careful!!!
