14:11 If you buy the rubber net at walmart, you wouldnt have to deal with that mess. The holes are bigger, and the hooks are less bound to "hook" into the net.

Tbh...I found that plate in my garage. It was leftover from a tv wall mount kit. The holes lined up perfectly with the triangle. I bought the pvc pipe and the other hardware from Home Depot. I know Bixby makes a tiller steering kit that you can buy as well.

My grandpa owned some land on the nueces but even to this day im saying this its a really murky color my dad even saw a gator in it one time not the best fishing but its really fun there closest town is George West but the land at the nueces is in the middle of no-where we are leasing it right now and they have added soo much things

White bass are caught there regularly this time of season. Nueces River in George West, TX. But there are definitely gar. My buddy caught one that day.

Good looking build! I use my grip storage for batteries for red dot and flashlight, I recommend a sopmod stock as well and that will get you even more storage

Any issues without using a plate bracket underneath?

With this Outback, there is no plate needed as the holes on the kayak match up with the motor mount/bracket. It's the Hobie Pro Anglers that require a mounting plate. However, you can buy a separate plate that would accommodate if you want to add a Power Pole next to the motor. Do you have the NK300? What kind of yak do you have?
