How do I backup my whole database to an OnSong group folder…the WHOLE thing…songs, books, set lists, etc?

I have AirTurn BT-500 Onsong don't find this in the App Direct Mode - Is it not supported?

Do you have a Video of how to create a set in 2024 , I have never done that before but now I need to beam to my group, thank you Jim.

I can’t configure the formats at all. Nothing changes at all or everything changes that I don’t want. Please link a tutorial to guide me 😢 or make one if there’s not one cuz I can’t find one. 🆘

I was curious please: how does the Black Box/Onsong pairing work with the congregation projector display? We currently use OpenLP with plain slides but I love the idea of the worship leader controlling the slides for everyone to see/sing. Thanks! (I use Onsong for Music Therapy and worship.)

Hello. My name is Carlos. I have Osong on my iPad and have had it for years. I love it, but I am technically challenged. And I need someone to talk to to help me through some of the wrinkles that I need ironed out. Specifically, I would like to upgrade and have someone that can walk me through, tweaking to make it work for me or should I say help me to understand how it can work for me better.

I’m current evaluating your app for my band’s usage and have been scowering your website and watching countless videos and still haven’t found a clear cut example of being able to easily and seamlessly share an entire library (songs, sets, everything) with the other members and make it easy for us to collaborate when needed. I’m the primary keeper of all our song sheets, I make all the set lists, etc. so my main need is to easily be able to keep their data up to date with all the latest and greatest. I love some of your app features, but right now we (4 band members) use Google Docs with everyone have edit access and it works in real time. Do you do that? I can’t find an answer. I’m currently on the 30 day free evaluation so some guidance would be much appreciated.

Can you please fix the App's issue where the top first song of any list is being overwritten by the bottom second song. It's been happening for over 4 months now. And no, Beta version didn't help it.

Can I save a song that was beamed to me?

I used the Stage Monitor last June for an outdoor campfire, so I could share my OnSong screen with the other musicians. I hooked it up to a used 50" Digital Sign I picked up cheap, in which I placed in a re-purposed vehicle bike rack as monitor stand. I also used an HDMI splitter, and ran a second HDMI cable to a projector, so that the rest of the campfire circle can also see the lyrics. It worked excellent, other than June is known for extended sun hours, so it took a bit for it to get dark enough for projector screen to be visible. Thanks OnSong!

Can the flow widget be activated using a foot switch

Hi there, I was just wondering if you can play lyrics on you iPad with backing tracks and have a video playing without the lyrics showing when you project the video. I would love to use this for shows where I sync the backing tracks to video…while still having the iPad with word I from of me. Would love to hear back or be pointed to an OnSong video of it has this function. Thank you 😊

Does the song need to be in the Song Select format? Will midi changes work if I upload my own chord charts as pdf files?

How do you save a set list to your individual ipad?

Beam was buggy for us and share a song by email and then took a song off the recipient song list. We ended up abandoning this method and using email instead of beam.

Be nice if Onsong were to update their videos. 2024 is different and they don't do a good job of pointing out the changes.

Is there a way to integrate the chord diagrams with the lyrics, instead of the chord names?

how do you put sheet music next to the lyrics? Do any apps do this? Bands often follow notes too!

I play a Kemper. Can I change the sound in the Kemper using Onsong via MIDI? e.g. Verse clean sound on bank 1 Chorus clean sound with flanger bank 2 - Solo crunch sound bank 3. Can you explain that to me again or is there a video about it? Can I select a new bank in the Kemper when selecting a new song? Which adapter and connection do I need for that? The beam feature is really really hard to use now. It doesn't find other devices reliably, and it used to without a problem.
