All Good. Once you verified your address you can go ahead and set your payment method and leave it as it is. KZbin will make payment directly through wire transfer to the account you added once every 21st day of the month when you make more than $100.

Unfortunately, BSP doesn't require online self registration at the moment. Maybe in the future, they will do so.

When Setting up my Ad sense Account and Payment Method IRC TIN Was not required! If you Operate as a Business then you will comply to monthly GST lodgements with your KZbin earnings. In that way you can pay Tax to the IRC for that matter. But for Individuals, KZbin earnings will go through taxation indirectly through GST when we buy stuff in the country. Previously self registration for 3D security Function to enable one to pay online without restriction had been vested with Individuals. Currently with the BSP System Upgrade, registration for 3D security has now been move to BSP Admin only. Meaning if you wish to enable that, you can go to BSP counter and they will sort you out.
