It appears to be a narrow boat so I would expect it would be inclined to roll more than a ranger or American tug.

Very Pretty Vessel , you didn’t mention Propulsion but the well Equipped and set up Pilot House got my Attention unfortunately for myself. i do not have a Small Enough Family for that Layout and we like multiple EnSuite Staterooms to accomodate us plus i like to use one just for a Office /possible temporary guest room in a Pich plus standup Engine Rooms

I think good desk setups for office work are a huge deal now. I doubt builders have caught on to that yet.

Yes a real disappointment; most 28 footers have these assets. Real boats have dedicated servant quarters, I guess you will just have to keep searching craigslist for that once and a life deal that meets your needs and budget.

When you video the interior be sure not to zoom out so we can see the whole cabin at once. Just keep the camera zoomed in so we can only see exactly what you are highlighting. That way we can’t get an overall impression of the boat.

Do you trailer it at all? How is setting up the rig/stepping the mast?

@@miket1216 Yes, the boat is easily trailerable because the boat has a swing keel. I had a custom trailer made (dual wheels, electronic hydraulic brakes; my truck has a trailering package), which is very stable when towing the boat. Because the new boat was in storage for the winter, I haven't rigged it yet - but it is not difficult. I purchased the mast lifting option, which should make it relatively easy to step. I should have more to comment later this summer.
