if you have a cryo dps that you use often, i'd say go for shenhe!! otherwise, probably save for kinich

you will not lose your quaranteed if you pull on the chronicle banner, that banner has its own pity system so you can pull for shenhe and keep your guarantee on the other banner

the pity system for the chronicled is separate!! it’s basically the weapon banner pity system, if u win ur 50/50 yippee!! but if u lose it u get a fate point and have till the end of the banner to get ur character, otherwise the fate point goes to waste and u do not get ur desired character so if u have enough funds go and get that shenhe!! u will not lose ur guaranteed for kinich

It depents on your Team, nobles can be the best in slot for Shenhe if you dont have already one character in your Team that has nobles
