Cliff : so when the master teacher teaches online ; who marks the books .. it’s one thing to teach online but assessment is crucial and evaluation.. the few teachers left will be overworked ( instead of marking for two classes they might have to mark for an entire grade of 5-7 classes …

I know of mathematics teachers who have left because the students are not able to learn at the HIGH SCHOOL LEVEL especially at the non traditional school. How can a teacher help students who cannot read a grade 1 book ? FRUSTRATION!! it’s not just salary

The government needs to offer a workshop to the recipients of this rebuilding fund to ensure that this money will be used as such. Otherwise you’ll see the very same faces time n time again after these disasters. Teach them how to rebuild better

If the teachers get the whole budget of the Jamaican economy they will quarrel for more money. That's one group that will never be satisfied and you never hear them talk about better educational results for the children.
