It's time to fire Adams. After his time here the only thing better is Rochester and that is not good. The Sabres are the team to improve and Terry needs to make the call and bring in a real proven guy. The Sabres also need to learn how to finish a check. It is so sad to see Tage get pushed off the puck by way smaller guys. If this core have not gotten better then it's time for a new GM to do it.

I agree. It looked good a few seasons ago, but that was the fluke. Not that the team is under performing now. It had a second half of over performing and almost did what the 2011 Sabres did. Point is they did not and have not even been constantly 500 since. That is why now very few people are off the table when it comes to moves. I do however always give Pegula credit for what he has done for this city. If not for him we would have no teams and no new hotels downtown that show off a better side of Buffalo than the Marriott by UB North. That was what players saw when visiting. Slushy snow and a drive from the suburbs to the back of then HSBC. Now they get put up in a very nice place attached to the rink with a state of the art practice rink and facility that now almost always host the combine

Well this is all we need..... I will go to or watch every game. I have all my life, but no playoff win since I was in high school is getting tough. I am 34.... This is and always will be my only team. You don't choose teams. If you do that you are a bandwagon. Lot's of Pen's, then Caps, then Bruins and back to Cap's fans out there. When the Sabres get good like in 05 06 you don't get to call them "your team". If you switched to Nashville this offseason you have them as your team until they win or move.

Great to relive these clips. We could always count on Rob back then. So happy he's going into the teams hall of fame. He deserves it not only for his playing years, but also for all the charity work he's done all these years. In my book, he's a great human. Congrats Razor!

When Adams goes take Ruff too.he has no effecft on these soft heartless bums... hes part of the problem too he seems as phony in his responses as the olayers with every 4th game saying "this is unacceptable and well learn from this... but days later they find a new way to lose.. its so damn tiring tryto like these guys..

@@aaronvogt335Kevin Adams is a benevolent leader. His only failure is addressing the lack of aggressive leaders in the organization. In contrast, Ruff is devoid of offensive creativity. His intimidation of players is clearly demonstrated in the way the team plays. Lack of confidence and hesitation. They are thinking defensively even when on a power play, for goodness sakes!

Come on, what is 19 year old Benson supposed to say? “We’re all wondering which one of us Kevyn will trade to a serious Stanley Cup contender by the deadline, so it’s hard for us to focus these days?” 😡 😡 Until Adams is finally fired nothing is going to improve and none of the existing players will have answers. Collectively they’re simply not as good as Pegula and Adams keep trying to sell us they are.

I WAS AT THIS GAME AND THIS TEAM HAS NO COMMUNICATION OR HEART FOR WINNING. THE BENCH ACTED LIKE EVERYONE IS JUST GOING THROUGH MOTIONS. THERE ARE NO EXCUSES OTHER THEN THERE IS NO CULTURE OF WINNING! ILL EVEN ADMIT THAT I YELLED AT THESE FOOLS AS THEY WERE HEADED OFF THE ICE. THANK GOD WE STILL HAVE THE BILLS.

Lindy Ruff has a solid record in his career as coach, would make an ex ellent GM candidate in any orgaization. His hands are tied here because no choice in hiring assistance coaches & a roster lacking talent for a competititive team

He is a breath of fresh air... NEVER QUITS on a play! Goes in the corners out-manned and fights for the puck! Goes in front of the net and battles. Back checks well... All around great addition... Let's hope he is contagious to those around him!

Love UPL but hearing him say “we dug this hole ourselves, nobody but us is coming to help us out of it” is so sad. I understand it’s not the context he’s using it in but it has to feel deflating knowing that your owner and GM aren’t going to try anything else to help these kids.
