Your animation isn't only changing the background image - it appears to be scaling. Plus, with just the code you supplied, there's a definite "blink" each time the background image changes. Why did you add background-repeat and background-size to every keyframe? Why not just add those to the .slider rule?

There's a video which looks much like yours uploaded by the Bootstrap team. I have been trying to follow it up for ages but can't honestly understand how a freaking thing work aside from just using my brain to think. The guy doesn't teach but just speak what he is doing on the screen. So, today I came online to search for a better tutorial which shouldn't have end well without this. Supposing I can give it stars.. Very impressive and informative for beginners. Let me continue watching. I believe if it doesn't end well, it's my fault 😌
