"Luka is not athletic, he can't jump a lick." Glad to hear that people define athleticism by how high and far you can jump. If all those other players are athletic from jumping and moving quickly, then Luka is embarrassing athletes. If he can jump, run, and move high and fast enough to poster dunk on Jrue Holiday, then I say their definition of athleticism sucks. Inside the 3pt line Luka bobs, weaves, pump fakes, posts up, passes between their legs and drops 3 defenders...that requires athleticism no matter how you slice and dice it.

i dont get it. What is the athleticism supposed to be? He has enough stamina to run back and forth for 35+ minutes and can jump high enough to dunk. What more do you want from the guy?

⁠@@GrandTerrNot always. Luka has skills, size, intelligence, can manipulate anyone faster than him. If he had super athleticism he most likely wouldn’t have learned to play the way he does. He dominates without athleticism. For me it makes him stand out and is refreshing to see a great player not rely on athleticism to be enjoyable to watch and get highlights. By far my favourite player to watch now because of that.

Somewhat biased fan here - Texas all the way,...shout out to T-Mac for shoutin' out the org, their foresight, and Dirk. T-Mac will always be one of the best. Grew up watching him dominate and respected him no matter what team he played for. Props for props.
