Thank you to Mr. Lownie for what will be an excellent read as well.

The date of the document is 26 September 1951, therefore the duke could not have been at his mother’s funeral at that time as she died 24 March 1953.

How about a biography of Harry and Meghan next?
@nickwgash376015 күн бұрын
An excellent presentation of his book. My own view is he was better as Speaker of the Lords but it’s interesting to hear his overview. I’m sad that anybody takes any notice of the modern media!!

Harry is acting just like his great uncle and Megan looks like Simpson just before she died

Edward should have never been allowed to take any royal artifacts such as garter robes seals that he had no business keeping

Yes, images can cause copyright issues we’re afraid, so are left out for avoidance. They are of course all in the book…

38:38 the plaque in memory of Queen Mary is more acurately in the wall of Marlborough House, where Queen Mary had lived, albeit MH is on the Mall.

Now, this should be made into a film so that the truth is known to a wider audience. Some people still the Windsors received the backhand from the Royal Family. In truth, they were traitors and manipulative. Well done.

The Duchess was from an old American family then ?
@donsarde4 ай бұрын
I never really liked the American woman but i do feel that she was treated very badly after the death of the Duke, all alone with that dreadful lawyer who stole from her and her possessions going missing is very sad too. There should have been a British presence at the château with Duchess. Why did the Queen not do something to protect her in her old age ? 😮😮

Edward was a traitor, collaborator, stole money from the insurance companies, misused the hired help, abandoned his friends and left them vulnerable during the invasion and Wallace was no better.

Hey just wondering…I’m 13 and am very interested in phycology. Does this book have any sexual content, or is there an excessive amount of it? I know a lot of people that cause harm to other usually had a bad past. I’m just wondering if it has alot of sexual content for my age. Thank you!

“Edward and Wallis had a rather tragic wedding in this french chateau . . . “ oh dear and then she wasn’t given the title of HRH . . . The ultimate in first world problems of the ultra privileged. And the vacuous and narcissistic reason for visiting Germany - possibly worse than what is generally assumed. She’s really trying, I’ll give her that.

The Reverend Robert Jardine and his wife Maud spent most of the war years in Mexico, penniless. He was offered a church post in South Africa however they had to return to the UK to settle their affairs. He died in Bedford in March 1950 and is buried in an unmarked grave, apparently unknown even to his family. Pretty damn sad in my opinion 👍🇿🇦

Out of everything I've read about them you are the first I've heard that has talked about their connection with Scotty Bowers.. I was truly surprised that you mentioned it. I don't understand why everyone has tried to make them sound as if all they were was sad lovers that the monerchy wouldn't allow to be together. I'm an American and am very happy the UK missed a bullet in not having Edward as king.
