With this game probably 😂. But others have reported the issue on the issue council. But I think it does have something to do with my GPU . It effects all the lights in the game, those on stations, landing zones and pads as well those on ships.

It's the stock super hornet one. Used to be that colour then it went to grey and white one. Since 3.23 it's gone to that.

I am not a physicist but I am guessing it might have something to do with what's happening inside the torpedo where it's burning some kind of fuel. This waste gas is then blasted out the back.

^^ this. Even comets leave a tail of particulates. Space vessels use a fuel mixture that is enriched with O2. 🤦

Rockets produce propulsion by the burning of rocket fuel that contains an oxidizer, and ejecting it out at high pressure/velocity, the oxidizer would provide the "oxygen" if whatever was burning was doing so inefficiently this could produce smoke, although it does not necessarily have to be smoke it could be water vapour (like contrails) or any other visible by product of the rocket fuel combustion.

Its not like smoke trails can only be made of oxygen

Default torps, Stealth grade A shields and power planet. Grade A stealth QD. Grade A stealth coolers. I know stealth isn't in the game yet, but i have to spend my in game money on something.

I've had close to 20 kills with it in pvp since the latest patch. This is my go to ship for killing people who are harassing traders at Brios or any other scrap yard. And best of all, it always makes the campers mad. Also, I haven't had a single shot fired at me and haven't been detected by radar even once. @@nightraven836

I reckon a half decent pilot could kill me very easily in one even if I were in a fighter. I'd like to see what a top PvP pilot could do. Someone like avenger one.

You only need to to be decent. I'm fairly new to the game and am taking out the sweatiest people with moderate effort. People tend to think they're being tracked by normal missiles, so they take evasive maneuvers and pop flares. This common strategy does not work against the correct size 9 torpedo though. @@monkey.360

@@monkey.360I think he has done a video. The tracking isn't very reliable in PVP so you have to rely on dumb fire.

It isn't the "correct" way to do it. But with the delay between each bomb launching, it is the only way to get multiple bombs on target. If you are just dropping a single bomb, you can fly straight and level.
