I would say that therapist needs therapy the most in that show!

Jo is that ambitious person who wants radical change, it's her way or no way. Beth is the peace keeper, the passive type yet strong in her own way. Amy is the combination, someone very ambitious, a go-getter that knows how to make her way around the "status quo", and make the best out of her situation. Most of the time, these are the ones that find loopholes in any rule😆. This is why Amy has always been my favorite.
