This was very well done in a sense where it was straightforward, in your face and direct with it's message. I need to share this video.. I ain't going to lie here. A lot of what was said falls at my feet. it was really years wasted of self loathing and I had to get off that pity potty and and realize it's me.. With my experience the hardest part was admiring to myself that I'm the one who's no one was coming to help me. It was i do it or just rot away. Thank goodness i did. Better late than never and i can look myself in the mirror and feel good about ME. Thanks for this video! 👍🏻
