With Due Respect Brother its temp rise . OCT 2024 say when non filer as well as Filers will not be able to buy property any more. DHA dealers nay itna shoor dala k DHA walon k sath mil k next month ballot ya 2 month k baad ballot . Logon ko 10 say 15 lac ka loss huwa in last 6 month. 2 say 3 lac ka jump kaisy huwa File plus transfer charges plus 3 percent tax on purchasing , dha ki membership plus dealer commission .
