You mentioned clockwise and counter clockwise. So turning the bolt in is clockwise?

Is there a way to bypass using the special aftermarket Bose wiring harness and use the cheap one only? Hooked up a radio in a trailblazer with Bose and won’t come on

After installing the aftermarket head unit are you able to crank it up loud without it cutting out real bad or sounding like pure terribleness? I’ve had past experiences with Bose systems sounding terrible after aftermarket hu install.

Were you able to retain factor chime and steering wheel controls with the module?

I've been having a helluva time with my 01 Denali with the Bose, OnStar, disc changer, backseat controls and dvd player in the ceiling. Previous owner failed at replacing the head unit and i bought it with a hole and rat's nest of wires in it. Ugh.

Having problems calibrating new actuator?

Driving back from a fishing trip with my brother in law in his 04 Tahoe, I had the rear AC blowing full blast from the one vent I had aimed at the top of my bald sunburned head, until about two hours out from my house it went from ice cold to blazing hot. Thanks to this video that blend door assembly will be the first thing we troubleshoot.

If it’s knocking it’s the Actuator

F Infiniti. I always go to the Nissan dealership for what I can't do because lack of tools. Plus got a brand new house and wifey said no more torquing! Thank God I got bubby with garage and tools!

My heater in the bank is actually stuck on .Even when I turn the Escalade off and pulls the key out it keeps running.I had to disconnect the battery cable at night .Great video 👍🏻though .

My 05 Denali came with Bose badges on the door speakers and an aftermarket stereo already installed. It doesn't sound very good at all. steering wheel controls don't work either. Is it possible the amplifier is not being used? The only way to get sound from 6 speakers is to set the fader to full front, which seems quite sketchy.

I have a 2001 (11/2000 model) Tahoe with rear ac/heat. My rear assembly does not have any actuators and doesn’t resemble this unit. I looked under the dash and found that blend door but it works. It adjusts the heat/ac in the front. However, the rear ONLY blows ac. Any suggestions on where to find this rear blend door? Unless my model Tahoe (I would be extremely surprised) only came with rear ac.

On my 2011, it only takes a #2 Phillips screwdriver to raise and lower.

Fixed it for me too, 2004 Yukon Denali.

Once again, KZbin to the rescue. My OBD port and ScanGauge went dead and I knew there had to be a simple answer, rather than take to mechanic and spend $$$$. The 15amp fuse was in fact the culprit.

I always forget the DLC power line is the same as then 12V supply the cig lighter gets! Thanks for the tip!

Thank you for explaining about that stupid white cylinder thing. I tried to use pliers to adjust and it was soooo difficult. Thanks to this I now know I can remove those and get right at the adjuster bolt!

Would you have any idea why air is only coming out of one of the rear vents and no air pressure at all in the other three rear vents? Only one air vent is blowing out air in the rear. I can't seem to figure out why. Maybe some type of clogging? I'd appreciate any thoughts. Thanks!
