My DLL was mxcompoundplug. I tried renaming the folder, but then Vegas Pro 21 isn't able to open my project (claiming an unknown error). It just gets the green frames occasionally, but there's always some when rendering. Any ideas?

Thanks a lot. Do you have an explanation for that behaviour ? (why this specific plugin is assigned to video media ? why is this causing the file corruption ? is there another way to change/fix the video plugin without tinkering ?)

Better late than never: THANK YOU! Literally been for years that I've experienced this particular issue, and had to find ways round. This is, from what I remember since the last time I played around with this app, by far the simplest method. After re-rending 5 different formats for 10 different files...um... for me, not it.
