Really cool to see how far you can take an idea like this. Super cool how creative you are with the limited palette. A different pacing from your lets play world, but I like it! If it's easier doing videos like this voiceover / it makes it easier to produce, I'm sure you can try it more, it works well. Great video!

When I did something like that, I went for the naive approach with bigger areas. Super inefficient, but somehow it felt more fun trying to beat the water sources reappearing...

Bedrock edition has a better structureless as we can get coral fans have saplings brown mushrooms and cocoa beans in our bonus chests and cured zombie villagers keep whatever profession they had as zombies without the block which lets us access one stock of armourer weapon Smith and stone mason trades we just have to reinfect them to restock

Loved the way you went out your comfort zone! It is paying off! BTW - I know it's super super late to add suggestions, but I imagine the factory with some funky nether-themed details outside, like it was the city's first attempt of using nether materials. Also, the city with some small nether stuff here and there, as if the citizens stole some materials for themselves - even though they were not supposed to. Maybe I'm getting too much into your world's lore... 😅

Bro how did you get the skeleton skulls? My only thoughts are a) Beheading with @silentgear and use @gatewaystoeternity overworld portal to get skeletons and thus kill them. b) Mob farm with mob grinding utils and the grinder beheading upgrade. c) Use beheading upgrade from @mobgrinding and punch skeletons from @gateways into it. d) rush mystical agriculture, makek the skeleton seeds and thus the head (don´t know wether its possible to do without skulls prior)

I did it with a mob grinding utility mob farm, definitely the easiest way. You don't need the skulls first for mystical agriculture (I think) but getting the mob chunks for the seeds can be a pain.

@@Endavar I did the mob grinder with beheading and shapness, turned on the masher and did the @gatewaystoeternity overworld edition, so I just pushed some skeletons into it and it worked out All that just to find out that now bastions do spawn.......

I suggest making mob switch. I set up a villager breeder, traded with 70 of them, killed them with zombies and have them close to a chunk loader. So chill having no mobs when working! (I have 70 on the nether side of the chunk loader as well)

Great work! That lava-removal really is the worst part of a nether perimeter. If you want an idea for another episode, I could really recommend a mobswitch for the nether. A shulker switch doesn't take too long, and really helps with the ghasts and magma cubes!

I wonder how building a creeper farm in the same perimeter would affect the witch spawns. You might be able to do it all in one place and then keep using the same storage. Maybe add redstone lamps you can turn on in case you want to disable it? Might still impact spawns though... dunno
