Helpful video, thanks for making it. Real nice looking color scheme on the bike. Looks clean and new! I like the minimalist approach for the lights and electronics that came with the kit (no big and bulky). Streamlined turn signals so they don't get ripped off by tree branches or a wreck. For the most part, they appear to be bright enough to keep you safe on the roads. Keep up the good work on the bike!

I loved watching this. I'm debating buying one really soon but without seeing what she performs like. I'm still questioning myself on this exact bike bit so far , so good my friend 😮 and im really amazed with looks and the way you tried to restore the bike to its original condition as well as you could plus the front end upgrades wich are also looking tidy. It's not hard to create a masterpiece with these bikes but I'm just hoping the engine is good and ready for some thrashing haha 😊

I would have left the shims a little loose since they tighten up over time instead of loosening up. Am I right or wrong about that? Would leaving the shims on the loose side of the tolerances be better?

I have several dremel tools and a machine shop now. I'm probably older than your pops. RedBud is my local track, been there many times. I like your shed shop.

I'm not skipping ahead even though I want to, I have a very low mile 2000 KX 250 I bought new, but it's just been sitting for most of it's life. I can't even think about getting rid of it. Someday I'll give it the love it deserves. Always into seeing these come back to life.

Also i got those gpi radiator and wouldn't fit very well hits the pipe and the hose gets kinked by the fuel tank and i also got a fmf fatty because the stock pipe was like new and i didn't want to ruin it probably worth alot of money 😮

Wow nice bike i got a restored 98 kx250 looking for another bike to restore now that its done i did bling mine out but saved all the stock parts its got a metallic grey frame with black plastics and a Chevy trucks graphics all nickel hardware everything hydraulic clutch its sick and very fast 😮

My radiator had a crack in the same spot! And I seen other KZbinr with the same issue, must be common for the 2001 rads to get a pinhole in that spot.
