Decent video & nice Carp. Not sure about anyone else, but try not using the ‘spin’ in the editing to switch views, made me feel rather dizzy & disoriented. 👍🏻

Alright mate where did you buy your weighing sling and what make is it 👍🏻👍🏻
@westcountrycarp Жыл бұрын
Hi it is a wychwood tactical sling. I brought it from angling direct or total fishing tackle. Think it was £45 -£49. I like it the only criticism I have is the side zips need to go down further to give a wider spread when releasing the fish. Apart from that it is very good.

Hi After using the boat for a while, how you feel about it? Has it got a fair range without external antenna? Thanks for the video 👍
@westcountrycarp Жыл бұрын
Hi Luis, the boat it’s very good and I have not had to spend any money on repairs. The minor issues I have found it that when you first switch the boat on sometimes the propeller can get stuck and if not checked before entering the water it will only go around in one direction. The other issue I have found is the battery terminals work loose so you just need to make sure you push them firmly together. I have also attached a deeper on to the back of it and it works just as well. I have fished small ponds with overhanging trees to large reservoirs and gone out to extreme distances and it has never missed a beat. For a budget boat it is an excellent piece of kit. If they have do another one aka a mark2 version I would like them to extend the hopper so you have more space for the rig and I would also like a double propeller for some extra speed, but we are fishing so what is the hurry I suppose. Thank you for you comment and watching the vlog it is greatly appreciated.

Just received one with 2 free batteries, including the 2 normally sent and a single hand controller for £299.99. Not set it up yet. Was wondering if anyone has similar and if so is the controller already linked to boat?
@westcountrycarp Жыл бұрын
Stephen sorry for the late comment. I hope you are find using your boat easy and the connecting of the controller to boat was easy. Thank you for watching my vlog it is greatly appreciated a
@stephenholland132 Жыл бұрын
@west country carp All good, I love it. Took abit to get used to the single handed control, but everything was all preset, all I had to do was connect the batteries, pile in the bait and off I went. Even used it on s slow moving river, just for a laugh. Ideal for taking chunks of deadbaits out with leger rig when piking. Not even had to recharge main batteries yet!

Lee peg 16,15 are great pegs in colder months. The bottom end of the lake are good too. In the summer most pegs do fish.
