Biggest troll was me clicking on this video listening for a minute finding out it is just the piano accompaniment, and not the actual piece with the piano.

I played this as a tuba solo competition piece at a music festival in junior high in 1980/81. Oh the memories!! Thanks for posting this. I just finally got a tuba to play after 40 years. I'll have to try it again. :)

It’s C minor not major

You are right. The first part of the Concerto is in C Minor. However, the second and final are in C Major, hence it is customary to treat it in this key. At least in the environment I am familiar with. Thank you for your attention!
