Coming to pooling plots near this stadium plot value per square yard is 50,000 rs. So here as of now 35,000 rs per square yard. Some what slightly high price as of now, but may go higher prices will go according to capital city developments So do analysis and take plot

Did central govt confirmed the alignment of ORR ? As the govt is seeking to widen the ORR due to the IRR and the East Bypass. The ORR may go outside of the Tenali & vuyyuru rather going inside.

Above in this video i given information regarding orr is approximate information only. I will explain exact route details in the later videos. Near Amaravati temple and kanchikacherla one bridge will come, near vuyyuru one bridge will come. As of now no clarity where exactly bridges will come.
