I bought the Nicker poster colors in tubes a few years back and I really struggled to use them because the texture felt so weird. I almost wonder if the bottles would have been better. I do feel like they were a lot easier to use with landscapes than characters.

I think you can squeeze them into an air tight case and keep rehydrating them! I did see a few other artists with these glass bottles and some still had to add water as if it were himi gouache to keep it workable 😅 I do really like the texture of fresh paint though haha. I figured with tubes, you can’t really mix what’s inside but these will probably dry out over time too.

Traci! 💙 Hehe thank you so much! That chisel dip pen turned out to be a stylus meant for paper crafts (scoring, folding, etc.) but I will find another use for it somehow haha
