Not sure but ye Alix says you can so maybe you can. You can get S tier unlock only by spending a lot of money on the NE store (unlike A unlock which are given out in events for free) so it makes sense if it's also usable on echoes only skins.

I think you can only get points only by recharging echoes. The S tier unlock card costs around 8000 points which is a lot

The method I use is free credits and letting it all go into my paypal. You can also try free prepaid visas. I'm not sponsoring, but coming from someone who has a lot of echoes skins and HAVE NOT spent an actual dime of my own wallet into Idv, JustPlay, Freecash, BestPlay, and DailyGifts pays out very nicely. Freecash and JustPlay cash out faster tho. You can also redeem everything into the google play cards if you use android. Its pretty easy and fast, like within a week $15 realistically can accumulate from all of them. Just depends how much time you use or what deals you take. Like sometimes just 1 task will be $80.

its a reward you get from the Idv top up. If you go to the Points Shop tab, for 8500 points you get the S unlock card. You have to top up the $100 package several times to get enough points. You can only get the S unlock card monthly. The points accumulate gradually, so you don't actually need to buy the $100 package deal, but it grants the most points (1977) (Bonus: 659)
