In Switzerland, there is a startup called "Localfish". They provide for example pangasius fish that was farmed locally. They do not feed fish-based food. Maybe, if these businesses are successful, they could make a difference. Of course, the consumers would have to spend more on fish.

It has been this way since we started recording history. If you take a job on a vessel, you are tied to that vessel until it returns to port, at minimum. Do you think it's going to change anytime soon ?
