Look at the summaries of the MCDO. The Journal publishes an annual summary and one is usually published on the MCSO website. Look at the total number of arrests over a year and divide it by the number of officers in the county. Works out to about 7.5 arrests per officer per year. About one every month and a half. Pretty slim odds of encountering one during a Ride Along.

Racism

See, the reasonable suspicion doesn't make any sense, that was the problem with certain cops is that they would often throw the phrase reasonable suspicion to exercise their power on citizens even if a crime wasn't committed.

Does this mean if I call in a crime that I witnessed you cannot do anything about it unless you show up at the crime scene and see the crime happening first hand? Isn't it too late at that point?
