Dont have a reptile or dragon, but good to know. Never know how something works, best not to interupt animals doing their things. Thanks!

He's such a good boy! He knows you're helping him! They are smart creatures. With some good iodine soaks and regular soaks, he should get to feeling so much better. It's just so sad he got like that in the first place. That did not happen overnight!! I'm glad he's in safe hands now!!!

Thanks for your thoughts. After Akira is ( hopefully) waking up soon-ish, we start exercising. And I'll tell her you said so..... Your babies are cute. Can it be that the small one, sorry, am bad with names, is just the runt of her litter? Or maybe if the other, bigger small one, is really a male and she a female, some hormones are responsible for this big difference? ( there is a word for it, but I can't find it in the void that is my brain....)(sexual dismorphsomething??)

I think sexual dimorphism is the term you're looking for.

I’ve always thought that exercise and movement, lack of, must be part of the impaction issue. And you think egg binding. We only have to look at how much they travel in the wild. Travel is so important to just about all mammals, reptiles, birds, insects, marine life. Travel=exercise

Dude, this is poor advice and likely to be detrimental to the health of beardies. Especially if coupled with other forms of poor husbandry. This style of bathing is far too much, and not needed. Central bearded dragons come from central Australia - there is rarely rain or puddles that they come in to contact with. This information is incorrect and people will harm their beardies with this information and video.
