I saw the Journeyman Tour at Sandstone amphitheatre near KCKS the day after SRV passed away. Clapton didn't say a word until 3/4 of the way through his set, when he said he wanted to dedicate the show to a friend. The lights all went out and someone shined a blue light on an empty microphone for about 30 seconds. Then Clapton stepped back up and hit the first few chords to an extended version of Cocaine and everything lit up!! That was so badass!!

Still sounds like heaven even after 40 yrs. Still my favorite isn't a strong enough word to say about his voice and music. Even after years he Mr. James Taylor, cant. get anh better then him..big fan can you tell?? Miss Carol King can't forget them both saving a teenager. Feeling she belonged by their music.. ..
