The guy misspoke through the whole video or wasn’t aware what it meant at 1:07 because upshifting means to use a higher gear, not lower gear. Switching to a lower gear would be referred to as downshifting just like a car or any bike.

I don’t understand these. They aren’t allowed on mountain bike trails so the places they are allowed, you might as well just get an e motorcycle or some other non-pedal bike.

For the life of me I can’t narrow my decision down to the rugged, hill climbing, and towing ebike that I want. I would have already bought a Bakcou Mule if it wasn’t for the friggin annoying 750w class 2 rules (all the awesome ebikes that make you salivate are 1000w ugh). Will these trailer work with a non-Bakcou bike? In other words will these trailers work with the pathetic 750w non-Bakcou bike that I’m forced to buy lol?

You down play the Flatlander regarding terrain just a bit. My wife and I bought two and have found that here in the Selkirk mtns of NW Washington, we have been able to ride many of the mountain roads in the area. These roads are not just flat or rolling hills. We have been able to access areas with altitudes up to 6,000 feet. Double track...decommissioned forest service roads and even some single tracks. We may not have the mid drive but as long as we keep the cadence up, we have gone up some pretty impressive forest roads and double track trails.

Overpriced… thought at that price it would be a mid drive $3,700. We bought a comparable cargo bike from csc e bikes for $1995 750watt two batteries etc

Caring a rifle like in Michigan is illegal! Rifle has to be encased for travel.

ultra motor is insane.. 36 ft lbs torque... thing scoots! 21 amp hr @48 volts. may want full moto gear at 40 mph+? . yes indeed!
