Where did you get the organs that were scaled for Barbie?

Awesome video and idea. I remember doing when I was around 10 a miniature "mastaba" using an small icecream rectangular polystyrene box, decorating the inner walls with small paintings of the Gods and hieroglyphics and then mummifying a Playmobil with electric tape (at that time it was made of sticky cloth, so it was perfect to cut small narrow ribbons) and filled the rest of the "tumb" with decors and small earings and old coins and such as offerings. Also did a small cardboard coffin placed in the middle where the playmobil would wait until reaching the after life. Landed on this video since I was looking similar / alternative ideas to do with my 6-year old daughter and was not dissapointed. The whole idea of course is to prepare everything and store it away until many years from now for her to re-discover it.

I'm getting our Ancient Egypt unit study together just trying to figure out what to do day by day or week by week. I've only put together one other unit study and that was on sharks 🦈

We didn't throw them away or clean them, actually. We kept them as permanent decor for our homeschool. 😊 My daughter had outgrown playing with Barbie's so we saved these out of the donation bag full we had and made the mummies. No waste!
