I'd be a solo traveler if/ whenever and non driving. Would have been helpful to know if that possible. I imagine mega expensive now. So many places and dreams, so little time. Interesting .

This might be your limited experience, I have flown 6 times in the last two months. Every flight has been late each way. On the return every flight has been late, with limited buses on the return leg….sat waiting for a bus and more than one occasion bags taking ages to come through to collect

Hi booked a holiday through you but unfortunately EasyJet cancelled our flight approx 4 hours before due to take off, so we were at the airport when we found out. We are one of the 1% and the feeling is not good as we now have to do the money chase for refunds. No easy jet rep to talk to but did talk to duty manager at Saga and advised to go home. Sue at your Yeovil branch has been fab

I traveled to France on the 20th of may and returned on the 30th EZY JET The only problem was on the return with a delay in assistance staff All went well but you need to have all documents ready to make all go as easy as possible THIS will help tremendously

Just returned from the most fantastic holiday with Uniworld - Venice and Gems of Northern Italy. Wanted to share with you what fantastic time we had and how much we appreciated the help given to us from Beth at the Cheltenham office. She helped so much providing information, filled out forms, went far and beyond to assure us and take the stress away from travelling at this difficult time. She is currently working hard trying to get us sorted for the long awaited Australia/NZ. Trip. We do appreciate the joy of being able to travel again. Thank you

Regarding the abandonment of the PCR test for returning holidaymakers, this is very confusing. You have said the test will not be required from 24th Oct and Grant Shapps will announce on 22nd Oct the Contractors who will do it. Do what? You haven't actually said that it is being replaced by the Lateral Flow test. You just said that Lateral flow tests are easier and cheaper. This is not clear at all. By the way, the sound quality is very poor compared to your previous videos.

Thanks for your feedback. We were disappointed with the sound quality at the beginning and will ensure that doesn't happen again, sadly it was too late for us to reshoot it on this occasion. We are sorry the explanation was not clear. It is an ever changing but slowly improving picture and we ensure that all our customers get the correct advice when they come in to book their holiday.
