No doubt that's a great looking top water and great concept for a forage imitation--HOWEVER, the idea that a certain lure draws up big bass is a farce. "big bass" are regional. If you fish in places like Florida and Northern CA Delta, you'll catch big bass because the average size is big. But fishing some place like Lake Mead, NV--you'll catch the average 2-3 lb bass with the occasional 4 lb. That is the logic. Unusually big bass come as a result of many casts, baits, knowledge & much patience.

What's with telling a LIE in the title of this video? Thumbs down. I have these lures, they're pretty good, but the hooks are too thin & a heavier hook impairs the flotation of the snake. Need to beef up the lure a little more to handle a thicker hook shank. I HAVE straightened & broken the hooks for these snake lures. Quit lying on video titles & repeating the same footage over & over. Doesn't make you look so good.

i love to hunt!!! but i looked it up and to go on a moose hunt qith shockey was outrageous!! then if you wanted to take your moose meat home it was like 6to 8 grand more.. so it looked like if you wanted your moose meat and antlers it was well over 20,000$!! we should boycott canada and let them starve and quit biting the hand that feeds them

Do you really believe that Doug caught as many big bass as he says? Based on his refusal to answer repeated questions about who this purported topwater world record is pending with, I don't believe much of anything he has to say.

i also love when people think these are scams.they never claim its a magic bait or that ull catch fish everytime.Theres a timeandplace for every bait as long as these have the same action asvideo theyllwork. When im froggin i dont always catch fish even though its a proven technique its MY FAULT for not switching baits.preditor fish do eat snakes even if they havent seen em its a natural response.the first time you ate a hamburger did you think it was fake just because you havent seen it before?
