I don't know why but the opening theme song just takes me back to me doing goofy stuff as a 8 year old kid like playing outside, catching spiders, walking home from school or just playing with my He-man toys. 😅 ❤ ✊

When I was in elementary i would walk in the front room from school( We called it front room. Some people call it the living room) And my mom( R.I.P) would be watching soap operas laughing up a storm.😅. She watched it everyday. She made sure the house was clean, food cooked before she sat down and enjoyed all of her favorite shows ❤

Is been 56 years since one life to live came on the air the 4th year tour of lianview is from my year I was born on December 6th,1988 I wonder change of intro 3 years later my ABC affiliate in Dallas airs from 1968 the year my mother was born to 2012 at the time Michael was born in 1991 viewers last characters on the 1984-91 intro.

I'm sure many here realize that not all these clips were recorded on the said date. In late 1988, General Hospital was still using the recording of Ed Chandler's voice on the mid-bumper, which would be replaced by Bill Ratner's voice in 1989 (Ratner is heard on the clip here). Also, the Ryan's Hope closing credits are clearly fan made.
