Yesterday i got onboarding mail from Accenture, In that mail they attached a mail(touchpoint) where it requires PAN And Aadhar details after that academic details had been required recently i got graduated my final semester "results" are not released yet so i chose result status as "NO" where it requires explaination (semester details), same with "Marksheets" and "PDC" while giving reason it shows invalid reason with any explaination, please help to solve this problem if u have idea about this
