So if u go on about well being why do u not follow up deployments and lisern to troops on ground ?? I deployed twice was struggling and no one followed up ?? Talk talk. Pitty Dra management is full of want be RSM and dra have lost lot good vetrains due this. And not follow up deployments they talk the talk but can't walk walk

Haven’t watched the video yet ! I only heard about this organisation today . Sounds close to something I’ve been hoping to see for a very long time . I’m a bit afraid of it being to governmenty, so I guess I’ll watch the video & see .

Well done to Geoff and the DRA team. The dynamic that your Operational Big Map sets up, providing an overall (objective) perspective of the big picture whilst creating the opportunity for (subjective) viewpoints to heard is a great initiative. Furthermore, the facilitation of a safe communal space for ideation, discussion and innovation takes what you are doing for the community to the next level. Great work.
